Services & Rates

We support a flexible four tier pricing structure:

1)Testing and fault finding, £70 + VAT per hour
This rate applies to finding and correcting problems with your electrical system. For example if something stops working, <br>your lights go out, sockets stop working or your power goes out altogether. Most problems can be found within the
first hour and if it is possible to fix on the spot we will do so. If the issue is more complex or will require parts, our electrician
will discuss this with you and determine the best course of action and provide you with a free no obligation quote.

2) Installation and maintenance, £50 + VAT per hour
This rate applies to the replacement of existing accessories. Why get a handyman when you can have a qualified electrician guaranteeing peace of mind. So if you want to replace light fittings, switches, sockets, cookers or anything else it can be
done at a reduced hourly rate.

3) Individual item rates
If you only require a single item of work, we can offer a reduced rate. Please contact us for a free quote.

4) Free quotes
This rate applies to new installations and additions. It can be anything from an additional socket up to a full rewire.

Before work commences, we will discuss the proposed work, the relevant regulations and we will explain the options
available. We will then provide you with a customised quote and the subsequent schedule of work once agreed.

All prices are subject to change depending on the final job specification.
Any parts required are additional to the hourly rate shown.
Parking and congestion charges are additional.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Please give us 48 hours notice or the first hour may be chargeable.

All work is done to part P of the building regulations and meets BS7671 (IEE 17th edition of the wiring regulations). Work is always completed to the highest standards and backed up by public liability insurance and a 6 year warranty through the NICEIC. Self-certified NICEIC certificates are issued as needed.
